  2. Open the Statements menu and select the statement you want — eStatements stay accessible for 15 months from the statement date.
  3. Save a copy by downloading it to your device, or print it (Adobe Acrobat Reader is needed to view eStatements).

What to check after converting

  • The result is marked Reconciled — the rows reproduce the closing balance exactly. If a difference is shown instead, our guide to why a statement does not balance walks through the usual causes.
  • With Debits and Credits in separate columns plus a running balance, spot mistakes fast: pick any row and check the balance moves by exactly that row's amount.
  • The loan section after the checking table is not checking activity — if loan rows appear in your file, remove them and re-run the check.
