Cancellation & Refunds
Last updated: November 3, 2026
How to cancel
Log in, open your dashboard and choose Manage subscription. You will be taken to the Paddle customer portal, where you can cancel in a couple of clicks. You can also email highsave@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will cancel for you.
What happens when you cancel
- Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period — cancelling never cuts off time you have already paid for.
- At the end of the period the account returns to the Free plan (10 pages per month). Your account and any results inside their 24-hour retention window are unaffected.
- No further charges are made after cancellation.
Refunds — 30-day window
If you were charged within the last 30 days and no longer wish to use the service, email highsave@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask for a refund. We refund the charge in full through Paddle, and the subscription ends when the refund is issued. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; Paddle typically completes them within 5–10 business days.
Charges older than 30 days are not refundable, but cancelling still stops all future renewals. If a charge looks wrong — a duplicate, or a renewal after you cancelled — contact us at any time and we will investigate and make it right.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it and emails you. Your paid entitlement continues during the retry window shown in those emails; if the payment cannot be collected, the plan returns to Free at the end of that window.
