Terms of Service

Who operates StatementConverter

StatementConverter is operated by Liu Zhongkai, an individual seller (the “Operator”, “we”). Support is available at highsave@gmail.com. Subscriptions are sold through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for all orders: Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, taxes and receipts, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's terms.

The service

StatementConverter converts PDF bank and card statements into spreadsheet and accounting formats (CSV, XLSX, QBO, OFX, QIF). Every conversion is checked against the balances printed on the statement, and the result of that check is shown to you before download. The service processes the files you upload; it does not connect to bank accounts and never asks for bank credentials.

Your responsibilities

  • Upload only statements you are entitled to process.
  • Review converted data before relying on it in accounting records. The balance check is a strong verification, but you remain responsible for the figures you file or import.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Do not use the service to process documents in violation of applicable law, and do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service.

Plans, pages and billing

  • Free: 10 converted pages per month at no charge. Starter: $19 per month for 500 pages. Pro: $29 per month for 1,000 pages. Prices are in USD and may change with notice on this page and the Pricing page; changes apply from the next billing cycle.
  • A page is counted when a statement page converts successfully. Files that fail to convert — unreadable, scanned or password-locked files — are not counted.
  • Monthly page allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month and do not roll over.
  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refunds policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and accurate, and we may improve the statement reader at any time. Features may change; material reductions to a paid plan's core conversion features will be announced on this page before they take effect for existing subscribers.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing terms

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining parts continue in effect. Questions about these terms: highsave@gmail.com.
