  1. Bank of the West merged into BMO, so statements now live in BMO Digital Banking: sign in at bmo.com or in the BMO app.
  2. Open your account from Account Summary, or choose Statements from the Accounts menu.
  3. Choose View Statements, pick the month, and download the PDF.

What to check after converting

  • The result is marked Reconciled — the rows reproduce the closing balance exactly. If a difference is shown instead, our guide to why a statement does not balance walks through the usual causes.
  • For pre-merger statements that only exist as scans, watch the balance check closely: a misread digit in a scan-era file usually shows up as a small, odd difference.
  • Use the summary's deposits and credits totals as your first check before looking at single rows.
