Convert Canara Bank bank statements to Excel or CSV
Canara Bank statements print WITHDRAWS and DEPOSIT columns side by side with a running BALANCE, and a Statement Summary block that makes checking easy. Download the PDF statement, upload it here, and get every transaction as a spreadsheet that is checked against the statement's own opening and closing balances before you download it.

The Canara Bank statement layout
These notes come from real Canara Bank statements our reader has been tested against, not from a template guess:
- Two money columns — WITHDRAWS and DEPOSIT — plus a BALANCE column after each row.
- A Statement Summary block prints the opening balance, total withdrawals, total deposits and the closing balance.
- The same layout serves personal and institutional accounts; the tested statement belongs to an institutional account.
How to download a PDF statement from Canara Bank
- Log in to Canara Net Banking at canarabank.com and open Account Statement (under Accounts / Deposit Accounts).
- Choose the account and the statement period, or set a date range.
- Select the PDF format and click Download / Generate Statement, entering the OTP if you are asked for one.
Once you have the PDF, drop it into the converter — you can check the result before you pay for anything, and the first 10 pages each month are free.
What to check after converting
- The result is marked Reconciled — the rows reproduce the closing balance exactly. If a difference is shown instead, our guide to why a statement does not balance walks through the usual causes.
- Use the Statement Summary: your export's totals should match its total withdrawals and total deposits exactly.
- Watch for rows where both a withdrawal and a deposit appear on the same line in the PDF — they should become two signed amounts in the export, guided by the balance column.
- Spot-check two or three rows against the PDF, especially around page breaks. Our guide on how to check a conversion shows a two-minute routine.
