Refund Policy

30-day refund window

If you were charged within the last 30 days and no longer wish to use the service, email highsave@gmail.com from the address on your account and ask for a refund. We refund the charge in full through Paddle, our merchant of record, and the subscription ends when the refund is issued.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically completes them within 5–10 business days of approval. We never ask you to provide card details to receive a refund.

Charges older than 30 days

Charges older than 30 days are not refundable, but cancelling still stops all future renewals, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Cancellation & Refunds page for how cancellation works.

Charges that look wrong

If a charge looks wrong at any age — a duplicate, or a renewal after you cancelled — contact us at highsave@gmail.com and we will investigate and make it right, including a refund where the charge was made in error.

Free plan

The Free plan is never charged, so there is nothing to refund. Deleting your account is available at any time by emailing us.
